For sale is an original oil on a good quality canvas board, size 10 inches x 8 inches  x 1/8 inch thick (25 cms x 20 cms x 0.3 cms) painted with artists fine oil paints. 

It is sold unframed. The painting is signed on the front and signed on the back. It comes with a certificate authenticating it as an original by David Laurence. The painting will be given a light coat of satin varnish prior to leaving the studio for protection, appearance and a long life.

David Laurence is a Sussex based artist whose work is gaining in recognition and popularity. I have paintings in both private and commercial collections world wide. Although largely self taught I have had fréquent access to some of the world's best galléries and developed my style of painting having carefully studied many of the great masters. I try to paint in a traditional manner but with a contemporary feel. I have with this painting tried to achieve a bold and striking image whilst depicting a cat in a domestic setting.
