Harley Davidson Panhead chopper PROJECT. Matching bellies that read 451-xxxx. I’m assuming it’s a ‘51 motor but I’m no expert. No title. eBay requires me to select an option which is why it says clean but again NO TITLE. Has 46EL numbers stamped into it. Kicks over but I know nothing else about the motor. RevTech ratchet top. BDL belt drive. Juice drum rear brake. Ness? Gooseneck welded to an OEM drop seat frame. Mustang seat. God awful long 41mm front end.
