In case of non-payment from the 4th day we will open a procedure for ONP (non-paying bidder) and from the 7th we will close it with an unpaid item notification and put the product back on sale.

We take no responsibility for any loss of items after the goods have been delivered.

The technical information entered is obtained from the information published by the manufacturer of the items included in our catalog. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify / adapt the technical information of the products in the catalog, even without any prior notice. The images relating to the items are indicative, the characteristics of the objects delivered may be slightly different from the photos presented in the catalog.

Product Availability
We reserve the right to accept or decline any orders that will be placed and in any case until the goods are sold out.
The items for sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case Mr. Customers will be notified by e-mail within a maximum of seven days of receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid.

Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract / order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.

The right of withdrawal lapses:
- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents)
- Use, even partial, of the goods and any consumables
- The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased good to the sender.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase customized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address below within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the ordered products. The Communication may be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.

The Communication must contain:
- the manifestation of the will to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999
- the indication of the product (s) for which you decide to make use of the right of withdrawal
- the data relating to your bank account (this to allow the refund of the amount due).

To obtain reimbursement of the consideration, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address. Payment must be made within 3 working days following that of the declaration of withdrawal.
