The book is in NEAR FINE Condition with some 

very light internal soiling and some pencil notes 

and a few light creases on the top of some Index pages. 

I photographed what may be the worst of the penciling. 

If I were to keep it, I would carefully erase the notes, 

but that is left to the user and I will not accept returns 

for any torn or crinkled/damaged pages most likely 

caused by the purchaser attempting this because 

there are none within the book at the time of listing.

The dust jacket is clean and bright- beautiful- with some 

very light wear, very light soiling, a small chip to the 

top of the rear panel near the spine as shown and the 

lower corner of the first inside flap is clipped, but the 

price is not clipped.
