URGENT FINE PRINT: I just noticed some person left a REVIEW for this item. This addendum is just for that person and others who might think that my listing "is deceptive." Please guys - READ THE DESCRIPTIONS!!!!! I clearly spell out that this is a KIT. From my other "mis-leading" listings I will add this script: Attention to those who purchase only based on photographs! (If you know how to use eBay and actually read descriptions, please skip down to the description below... if you are a photo-centric buyer, please continue reading!) (yes, even with this notice, I still have people who skip reading the description and still complain "I didn't know this was a kit / I didn't know I isn't assembled already") * This item is a KIT. A kit means that it arrives FLAT in a small envelope with instructions. A KIT means you have to BUILD IT to make it look like the item in the photograph. A KIT sometimes means you have to paint it (in this case, painting is NOT needed). So, this specific KIT requires CUTTING, GLUING and manual dexterity skills to build. * This item is NOT PRE-BUILT! We don't employ sweat shop employees to build a complex kit like this - it's in KIT form meaning - yep you guessed it - YOU have to build it! * This item is intended for beginner to intermediate modelers. If you are not good with your hands, please do not buy this item!! Did you hear that? You must have some building skills to build this item. If you have any concerns, then please do not buy it. THIS IS A KIT THAT YOU MUST BUILD. If you proceed with purchase, you agree that you understand these terms and will not be able to start any "item not as described" return. You can return this only if it is not opened, you are willing to pay return shipping AND a 20% re-stocking fee for my trouble (to cover my time to deal with return/inspection). Comment on the material: * This item is a lightweight cardstock. It's a lot less rigid compared to the premium Archistories line. So don't buy this, complain that all cardboard kits are the same and poo-poo them. This kit has thin cardboard by design. Not all cardstock kits are the same. Levels of rigidity from flimsy to strong: Sankei, Marklin, Animek Models, Archistories .... each manufacturer goes up one level of quality/rigidity of the base material. Thanks for listening. |
