All payments must be submitted using eBay's checkout process. 

Therefore these methods will be supported: 

• Credit & Debit Cards
• Apple Pay
• Paypal
• Google Pay

Cash on collection is possible but please contact us firstly, so that we can arrange a suitable day and time for your arrival. 

We will ship your order within 24 hours of it being completed and paid for. 

However, we do not work any weekends or bank holiday's - so please take this into account when placing your order with us. 

The shipping methods we will use will vary subject to the cards or items you might buy. 

We will provide you choices at checkout, so you can always upgrade your shipping methods however below is our standard shipping processes. 

• Cards under £25 in value - you will be giving a choice of 1st or 2nd class stamps at checkout & we will also provide you with tracked 24 or tracked 48 options through Royal Mail which you are welcome to pay the extra cost for, if prefered. 
• Cards valued more than £25 - we will ship via royal mail Tracked 24 or 48. In addition to this, we will also provide you with the option of using a more premium courier, like FedEx at an extra cost. 
• Cards valued above £100 - will be sent either by Fedex Next Day or Royal Mail tracked 24/48 service. 
• Cards or Slabs - will always be sent via Tracked 24/48 or Fedex when the vaue is above £200. 

Any items which are still sealed, like ETBs, Booster Boxes etc can be returned to us, at your cost within 14 days of you receiving the goods. 

Any items which are not sealed - like unsealed cards, we cannot accept returns of. This is because there is a huge risk to us of card swapping and we need to defend against this unfair practice. 

What we promise you is that we will always describe products accurately and we will always show as many close up images as possible of the REAL card that you will receive. In some cases, we will even try to show you videos of the card condition, so that you can really get a feel of what you are buying.
