Chevy Carter W1 Hand Choke Bracket 1937 1938 Carburetor 216 346s 391s.  Screws move they are a little rusty but mobe this is for 1937 -38 carter w1 34s and 391s for master and standard.  This bracket is a little different than 39-49 and obviously much different than 32-36.  Hard to find bracket
