Check out what ended up becoming one of the greatest games of all time! This Diablo 3 collector's edition is missing the cardboard top piece on the outside. Inside you will find most of the contents including a brand new sealed soundtrack and sealed behind the scenes DVD.  What is missing isthe USB, the game disc, and the aforementioned cardboard top.

It also has the three guest pass cards.  The art book is in pristine condition and doesn't ever look opened except for me taking these pictures!
