These highland Arabica beans still influence the taste of many Dallmayr coffees. The coffee has a medium roast, and its aftertaste is complemented by a slight sourness, which is quite traditional and expected for the Arabica variety. Exceptionally high-quality beans form the basis of this coffee with an incomparable, refined aroma reminiscent of herbs. Rich and spicy, Dallmayr Ethiopia features notes of wild herbs complemented by lemongrass and a hint of dark chocolate. The drink can be prepared in different ways. The simplest and most convenient way is to prepare it in a classic drip coffee maker. It is recommended to take approximately 7 g of the original product per cup; the water temperature during cooking should not exceed 95 degrees. Under no circumstances should you boil it, otherwise it will be very bitter. Also, this variety is simply created for brewing classic espresso, creamy latte and cappuccino, mocha with delicate milk foam. Excellent in Americano and Lungo. The product is packaged in vacuum packaging, which allows you to preserve the flavor of the product during roasting and does not allow oxygen to come into contact with your favorite coffee and oxidize it.
