Carrick a Pompe is a very rare Hermes scarf designed by Philippe Ledoux and first
issued in 1953.
Here a bold design of saddles frames a horse drawn carriage, a favourite among early
Hermes designs.
This scarf has been worn, there are a few light stains, not obviously visible and probably removable
There is one small area with pin holes in it (see photo), not sure of the cause
Still a very attractive scarf
