Clothing may arrive wrinkled from tight shipping. In some instances, clothing item may be disclosed as containing stains or markings with no guarantee of buyer’s ability to successfully remove/restore. Due to varying skin sensitivities or allergies, buyer assumes the need to launder or dry clean clothing (pre-owned as well as in new condition) prior to use with their approved laundering detergent, method or cleaning agent, and is recommended to do so prior to use. Any subsequent messages via eBay messaging service associated to listing will supplement listing description or override listing description if seller indicates that it is a correction of description or item specifics.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. With best offer purchases, buyer is required to make payment within 3 business days, prior to non-payment dispute being initiated, without exception.

Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail, with tracking, unless otherwise stated. If you would like to confirm delivery, please request insurance or delivery confirmation, at buyers expense. Seller is not liable for mishaps of USPS once in USPS possession. Unless stated, all items will be properly secured and shipped in poly bags or USPS flat rate mailers. Seller has the option and sole authority to utilize in seller's sole discretion the shipping package method, as well as the discretion to utilize other shipping providers, based on cost and delivery times, tracking options, and location of purchaser.

Unless accommodations to handling time have been extended and an addendum notification with date timeframe is provided at the end of listing description, all items will be processed and delivered to shipping provider within one business day of purchase. When seller has taken a leave from business location, this extension will be implemented to provide for Seller’s return to fulfill shipping services. Otherwise, Buyer will be required to await receipt of item to consider return, if applicable and desired. Furthermore, if State of Emergency conditions exist within the purchase period or in rare instances of business commerce disruption, Seller will make every attempt to communicate with Buyer and fulfill processing/shipping as soon as readily possible and Buyer will make reasonable concessions to said situations.
Returns
Returns are honored unless seller has selected ‘No Returns’, which will be selected with select applicable items (non-working items sold as used, highly defective items, collectible items, designer clothing, formalwear or as otherwise indicated). Otherwise, returnable items are subject to the following parameters: Buyer will pay for return shipping. In original manufactured packaging, if applicable, item is inspected prior to sale and pictures are used to validate the returned item is original. When item is received in the same condition that it was originally sent (i.e. tags should still be attached if new, sealed if originally sealed), a refund for the original purchase price only, not including original shipping cost paid to delivery provider to fulfill initial shipping from seller to buyer, will be given in the same manner payment was received or as facilitated by eBay. Buyer must request a return utilizing eBay's Return Module within listing's policy timeframe. The Return Module (blue button titled: Return this item) is found under options next to item in your purchase history. To ensure that your return is received by seller, tracking is encouraged. Buyer must return item within the listing's refund policy timeline upon Seller approving return and providing/approving return address.
