This XE-7 appears to be fully functional, although I don't have a lens to go with it, so make an offer. When I put battery meters in it, the shutter fires properly on all speeds, but the mirror doesn't reset until you put it on bulb mode. I think this might be because it's supposed to have a lens hooked up to the aperture linkage, or the batteries I was using were too weak for the electric shutter release to reset properly. Not sure. 

Other than that, the light meter appears to be accurate, the viewfinder and mirror look spotless and beautiful, and the film counter resets every time. Like I said, MAKE AN OFFER. I'll respond pretty quickly.
