Vintage wooden carousel by NAPA VALLEY.  The carousel rotates without incident and holds up to 11 CDs (in standard jewel case) or up to 8 DVDs.  Each shelf is 4.75" wide and 5" deep; however, the lip means that you only have 4.5" x 5" to store CDs or DVDs.
