This is a beautiful operating antique brass carriage clock. I am unsure of manufacturer but pretty sure it is French. It is a functioning repeater that has a wonderful chime on the half and counts the hours. Not sure if it is supposed to chime on the quarter. I am not really familiar with these. It measures 5" high and and 3 1/4" wide. All beveled glass is perfect. Back door closes firmly. Nice ornate handle. No dents or dings. Well taken care of. I purchase partial estates and picked up several carriage clocks and French Portico clocks from a high end collector. She also was a top 3 US collector for Antique Oil Lamps.
