This is a hand-made quirky one of a kind piece of artwork, artist signed (Jennifer France). Made in the summer of 2023, using a mixture of found objects along the foreshore of North Wales. I predominantly use pieces of found Victorian ceramics mixed with other more contemporary man made or organic, natural items found along the shore.

This piece is unnamed, as most of my artwork can be open to interpretation. My intent with this piece was to create an abstract figural form, to me it looks like a figure about to dance, or has just finished dancing.. to others I have been told an astraunaut, or a bonnet wearing lady, it is open to interpretation. It is whatever the person viewing it sees :).

The work has been signed on the bottom right-hand corner. The frame is a shadow box design, which I have painted a darker teak colour to compliment the colours in the artwork. Everything used in the making of this piece has been upcycled, from the materials used to make it, to the frame itself.

The frame is ready to be hung on the wall.

The art stands portrait, measuring 9.5" in height, 9.5" across, and the wooden frame is 1.5 inches thick.
