This part is new. Fits 2004-2014 F-150 Driver side, LEFT SIDE. It is dark tint just like original equipment. Will only fit OEM slider. This part is not available with defrost. Please check the windows remaining in your truck for the word CARLITE or FORD stamped in one of the lower corners.
