Hardware/Software:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to check compatibility of the
item being purchased with existing hardware/software in use by the
buyer.
- Refunds will not be accepted if the purchased item is not compatible with the buyers existing hardware/software.

All items have been tested with the correct hardware/software before
dispatch to ensure the item being sold is in full working order.
Clothing/Footwear:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that clothes or
footwear in the listed brand will fit, before purchasing an item.
Other:
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the item is compatible, before purchasing an item.
Returns Cases:

If you purchase an item in error, you need to create a Returns Case
within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we charge a 40% restocking
fee and you will also need to pay for the return postage.
