I use Hermes for larger, heavier items to keep my post and packing charges as low as I can

I try to ship the same day as payment received or failing that the next working day; I do not usually ship on Saturdays unless the following Monday is a Bank Holiday

 I try to be as flexible as I can, but do expect payment within 4 days of the auction ending unless you have contacted me first.

 If payment has not been received within 4 days I will use Ebay's resolution centre and either offer the item to the under-bidder or relist.

 All items normally sold as seen/described but I am only human and do on the rare occasion, make mistakes, so will always try to work something out if you are unhappy
