Original box in good to great condition; the cellophane on top is there but has been taped in the botton left corner.  Original styrofoam packaging in excellent conditon.  Massager tool has been tested and working.  Original four attachments included.  Original instructions in good condition; just folded but no rips.  Overall, in excellent condition.
