This is a nice very old pickaroon tool that is Blacksmith Forged ...in good used condition.  The total length of the wooden handle measures 28" long...with the pick measuring 7 1/2" long. The wooden handle has a little usage wear..where the handle goes into the pick.  Check the photos as they are part of the description.
