The right hinge seems a bit loose, otherwise, it's fully functional and works great. Comes with a case and the manual. 

Please note: As I posted this, I noticed the manual says SCD-1870, though the device says it's a SCD-2110. I'm not sure of the differences between the two, but the manual seems similar enough that it does seem to show how to do certain things on this device (it was included when I initially bought it here). I'll include the manual anyway.
