The AppleCare+ is ongoing until January 2025 so you'd be covered even for accidental damage until then, it will transfer.

It is in its original box, complete with charger and charging cable it was supplied with. Note the charger was not replaced so is sold as USED but in perfect working condition but with cosmetic marks showing signs of use.
