Dish measures 4 1/2" across.  At the top of the dish is "50 Golden and at the bottom are 2 dancing bell figures and "Anniversary".  Edge of the dish is very lightly scalloped and trimmed in gold.  Excellent item for mints or other decoration at a Golden Anniversary celebration, a gift for your partner or friends/relatives celebrating 50 years together!  Nice trinket dish for beside the bed or on a hall table reminding the couple of the wonderful years for more years they may have.  There is no markings as to the maker but the dish is in excellent condition.
