There is a magnetic clasp for the main opening of the bag. There is four total pockets on the interior; three open pockets on one side with no closures, and one zippered pocket on the other. The bag is not perfect and shows wear in numerous spots. The wear should not overly effect the functionality of the bag. The interior of the bag has a few spots of discoloration, and possibly stains, mostly around the top part where the seam in the lining is. *In my opinion it looks worse in the pics than it does IRL. It may be able to be cleaned off, that will be up to any purchasers. The handles have a decent amount of wear that can be seen in pics.  If you are picky about some of the condition issues mentioned, then I would not recommend purchasing this bag. If you're comfortable with a more distressed and used look then this bag might be more up your alley. See pics for further details, that is the item on hand that you will receive.
