The Specialized Tarmac is a great blend between an aero speed machine and climbing killer. To buy today’s equivalent model will cost £4000 making this a great saving. The bike virtually has zero marks across the frame, and is a real credit to it's previous owner. The extent to which the bike has been looked after is shown by the cable rub protection, which has both vinyl, and a small piece of sponge to prevent rubbing. The bottom bracket was checked when replacing the chain and is incredibly smooth, and the carbon crank looks great, along wit the exposed matt finish of the carbon frame. Both wheels are straight and true, and they are running 28c Vittoria tyres. The addition of the new cables, makes shifting a breeze whether shifting up or down through the gears. The drivetrain components are in great condition and will not need to be replaced anytime soon. The bike will be serviced and checked over properly before being sent out, so the buyer is thrilled with their purchase.
