You are looking at an original Willys Jeep accessary HY-LO-JEEP snow plow pump & generator from a 62 Willys wagon with flathead Hurricane 6 cylinder. This is a Willys factory or dealer installed unit. They were manufactured by Monarch Road Machine Co. Should be correct for 1950-64 Willys wagon, delivery panel and truck with 225 flat 6 and factory option snow plow. The generator has the extra pulley to run the pump. Everything moves and spins freely. I did notice the keyway on the pump looks shifted. The pump was full of clean oil. I believe this unit will function OK. Assume the generator needs rebuilt. Comes with the brackets. The long dash control rod is being offered in a separate listing.
