I received a defective item – what should I do?

If the package is already recognizable as damaged when you receive it, you should immediately inform the parcel carrier and take photos of the still closed package or the damaged product and send it to us by email. With this information we can determine why the item was damaged, how we should proceed and when we can collect the defective item again.

Is local pickup possible?

Personal pickup is possible at our location in Dresden. Please let us know in advance so that your waiting time is minimized and the appropriate employee is on site to provide any explanations about the product.
Cash payment is also possible on site.

How will my order be dispatched?

From Monday - Friday orders received before 2pm (CET) will be dispatched by courier that same day and delivered on the next 1-2 working days if the delivery address is in Germany. Please contact us if you want to choose an express delivery.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If you see the damage when it is being delivered, you can either refuse the shipment or you can have the delivery company mark the tracking as damaged. Otherwise please take photos of the damaged delivery and contact us so we can solve this problem.
