This fabulous old oval wooden picture frame, from around the late 1800's, has a flat profile with beautiful ornate moulded detailing to the borders, all in a deep and naturally aged gold gilt finish. 

This frame has aged naturally and very beautifully with marks, wonderful patina and light damage to the moulded detail and gilt finish in places, nothing at all excessive and all very much adding to the incredible character and charm. Is collection possible?

Collection is very welcome at your convenience. I am based in Ironbridge, Shropshire. 

Can you ship outside of the UK?

Most of my items can be sent outside of the UK via eBay’s ‘Global Shipping Program’ (GSP). Listings will provide details, including shipping costs, when this service is available. In instances where this is not, I am more than happy to provide shipping quotes before you purchase.

Can you send it via a different courier to that advertised?

I regularly use ParcelForce and Royal Mail to send out my frames. They have both proven very safe and reliable over many years of use. However, I appreciate some people would prefer an alternative courier and I am more than happy to facilitate whoever possible.

Do you have a specific frame size?

All my frames are listed on eBay, so please feel free to see my ‘other items’ or eBay shop to see if there is anything to suit your needs. I am always sourcing and listing new frames, so it might be worth following me to see of anything suitable crops up. 

Can I come and browse your frames at a shop

Unfortunately I sell online only and do not have premises suitable to facilitate this. Collecting a purchased frame is fine.

Do you have more than one of the same frame?

Listings will reference identical, or similar frames, when they are in stock.

Does the frame come with glass and a backing board?

Most of my frames do not come with glass, this is primarily due to its fragility and likelihood of damage in the post. Frames that come with glass and / or a backing board will be detailed and photographed in the item description.
