This is a Stonco V4400E Enclosed Vaportight Paraholder 300w industrial light. I copied the title for the model number from another listing, but appears to be exactly the same. Looks to be functional, but not tested. The glass has a small chip on the threads, but does not affect the appearance or function. Not seen when screwed in. It measures 6" across the glass.
