This is a brand new set of Axial UTB18 Mini Capra 1/18 Wheels & Tires. With a 12mm hex and 1.55" diameter wheels, this set is compatible with Axial and Universal brands, and would go great on a scale 1/10 build or a 1/12 Element Enduro.
