Here's the Provenance: A sweet friend who is about to turn 70 is ready to sell off her album collection. In this case, you will see a RECEIPT as to the date she bought it.

I am not an album expert. I held this album up in the light by its edges. I will used soft tissue paper from hereonin. 

I AM an expert in packing. This should arrive safely - as I will have DO NOT CRUSH / DROP all over the box. 

For this particular album, it's unfortunate that the bottom of the outer cardboard sleeve has water damage. I saw one scratch that looked minor. There is 'dust' as seen in Photo #9. I will NOT attempt to clean this.
