VTG polka dot dress in blue with white banded collar.  It has a retro style inspired by the 1940s.

Two buttons in the back at the neck.  It comes with a matching belt (but it doesn't need to be worn with the belt or you can use a belt that you already have if you want.  It looks nice either way).

There are small shoulder pads (I've provided photo) and it has half sleeves.  I love the little pleat at the end of the sleeve.

The dress is darling.  I love the color and that the fabric is easy care.

The tag says it's size 6, 100% polyester, made in the USA!  Machine washable.  (I had to use a magnifying glass to read the tag.)  The belt is also marked size 6.  It has elastic at the waist.

Here are the measurements of the dress:

Measuring across chest under the arms: about 17 1/2".

Measuring the length of front as seen in photo: about 35 7/8".

Measuring length of back as seen in photo: about 38 1/4".

Please use these measurements as a comparison to a clothing item you own that fits you well to determine fit.  Keep in mind that vintage sizing is different from modern day sizing so that's why I give the measurements.

The belt strip (without buckle) measures about 32 5/8" and is about 1 3/8" wide.  The buckle is about 2 1/4" x 1 1/4".

This is from a nonsmoking home. Before listing it, I washed it in unscented detergent and let it dry flat. I also hand washed the belt.  So it is ready to wear. It has no stains or holes. Fabric looks beautiful. All buttons are present and seams are intact.
