Laura Ashley Southwold Green Leather Wingback Reclining Armchair Recliner

This is a traditional leather wingback "Southwold" armchair, by Laura Ashley. It is finished in a green cowhide leather, with rolled arms, a reclining back and lift up foot-rest. Seated on solid wooden legs with solid brass castors to the front.

It has a very worn and aged look to it which would benefit from a good clean and leather condition for a new clean look, or as is for a great worn, antique "lived in" look .

Current model is for sale new, for around £1100.

Does have a lot of marks, scuffs, scratches and signs of wear and tear commensurate with age and type of item. It has been in storage for a while and does have some "dents" to the leather. There is a small tear to the back rear corner. It would benefit from a very good upholstery clean and leather condition. There is some play to the back rest.
