All of the sizes are in width. For example, if you choose 2", it will be 2" w, if you choose 3", it will be 3" w etc

Decals are applied with clear transfer tape which will be included and already applied to the decal. Once applied, the simply remove transfer tape so that the decal is left on your desired surface. We are not responsible for not applying it correctly.
