This is #14 on the Rare TOP 25 Liberty Seated Quarter Varieties. The variety is considered Rare, but not Extremely Rare.  But examples in VF or better has to be considered Very Rare. There is only a single known die pair of the 1853-O/O.

In my opinion, this Very RARE die variety (FS-409, Re-Punched Mintmark, O over Horizontal O) is on an already tough 1-year type date 1853-O Arrows & Rays Seated Liberty Quarter Dollar 25c, is in Fine ++ to Very Fine (F++/VF) circulated condition with Full yet weak Liberty showing, as you can see in the photos.  Very Rare die variety with only a couple dozen are known to exist, and only a handful in VF+ condition!!!  Brand New to the Census of known examples!!!  Fresh Example in the market!!  Seated Liberty Quarter Specialists search and search for this die variety, but they just can't be found in mid to high grade condition.  This is #14 on the Rare TOP 25 Liberty Seated Quarter Varieties. It is considered a Rare Variety coin, but not Extremely Rare.  But examples in VF or better has to be considered Very Rare.
