Vintage Schwinn bicycle horn tank from balloon tire bike.  This appears to have been repainted.  The Schwinn lettering might be hand painted.  Horn unit appears to be a replacement. Has not been tested.   Overall a very nice piece.  Has some wear, scratches, dings, marks.
