Vintage 70s Modern White Matte Porcelain Sugar Creamer Caddy Set Signed PHC.

Very unique set. White matte porcelain with  slight blue undertones. Interior is glossy. I am thinking these may be handmade as there is a signature on base of creamer - PHC 1973.
