Alabama Damascus Steel is hand forged in Jacksonville, AL with the aid of large air hammers.

We use 5160, 15n20, Ni200.  The steel is forged out and folded to give you 416 layers.

Blade is guaranteed to be free from defects.  And if found to be defective, buyer will get full refund if blade is returned within 14 days.

Precision Ground.

Laser Cut.

Hollow Ground.

Heat-treated to 58-60 Rc.

Etched and ready for handles.
