Tested: Powers on, speaker makes sound, needle moves when key up mic, channels change and display works. Not able to get reception to test actual conversation with someone in my area. Looks like someone removed the swr alert light and replaced it with a switch for something.
Cosmetically: There are light scuffing, scratches and normal wear but overall great condition.
