There is embroidery throughout and the puff sleeves are elasticated.  This is quite a large 8 and would comfortably fit up to a size 10.  This is perfect to wear with jeans or shorts in the warmer weather and great for holidays.  Its a loose fitting blouse and doesn't cling anywhere making it really comfortable to wear.
