Hi-res sound via USB
Connect up to your computer via USB and you can stream High Resolution music files for the very best sound quality. High Resolution Audio support for file sizes up to 24bit/192kHz provides a much more detailed and smoother sound than CD (16bit/44.1kHz). The difference between Hi Res music and typical MP3/ACC compressed music files is even greater, with Hi Res music offering a deeper and wider sound stage, more precise imaging and, above all, a far greater sense of realism.

Wide range of file types supported
There's a huge selection of downloadable Hi Res music already available, plus you may already have a collection on your computer. For this reason, the Panasonic supports a wide range of Hi Res file formats, including DSD 2.8MHz (but not 5.6MHz), WAV, FLAC and AIFF (up to 24bit/192kHz).

Stream music via Bluetooth
Whether it's music stored on your device or a feed from a music streaming channel such as Spotify or Apple Music, with the SA-PMX82 it's easy to access a massive range of music. With the vast majority of smartphones and tablets coming with Bluetooth, wireless transfer is easy. What's more, many recent PCs, Macs and laptops also come with Bluetooth, making it possible to access the largest of stored album collections - wire free.

CD, DAB and front-mounted USB
As well as the rear USB and Bluetooth streaming, the SAPMX82 comes with a wide range of other music options. A built-in CD player is there for your existing CDs and the DAB/FM radio gives access to a wide range of both digital and analogue stations. For quick access to music files on a memory stick, simply connect up via the front-mounted USB interface.
