Due to ever-present buyer trolls, payment must be sent immediately after all purchases are completed. Otherwise, the auction will be considered as not moving forward and the item will be relisted. Buyers who prove to be troublesome will be instantly blocked.

I mail items the same day as for when they're paid. If yours doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time, the issue is with the postal service, or you submitted payment prior a weekend/holiday and it wasn't processed until the following business day.

Everything gets inspected thoroughly, and I take photos / videos of all items as they are packaged. And, understand the photo used in the auction is the same item that’s being sold.
