This is a vintage red My Buddy All Metal Toolbox or Tackle Box with Tray, Handle and Latch.  It measures approximately 19 inches by 7-1/2 inches by 7-1/2 inches.  It was made in the USA in Louisville, Kentucky.  It would make a great tool or tackle box.  Please review the photos for condition details and get back to us with any questions.
