Return Information

Most item(s) may be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise if returned in the original, unopened, unused package condition.
Please note our Return Policy below for product-specific guidelines and restrictions:
Cosmetic, Skincare and Fashion Accessories – These products may not be returned due to health and hygienic reasons. 

We will not accept returns of the following: all non-spray perfume bottle, mini, sample, or vial & all cosmetic and skincare items including lotion, shampoo gel, body cream, body gel, shaving cream, etc... For all others, returns are accepted if products have not been opened or used. 

A 20% restocking fee and Shipping & Handling (S&H) will be assessed on all returned merchandise shipped, except when the return is due to Company error or product defect. All returns shipped free of charge will be assessed a non-refundable handling fee of $5.95 on refunded amount. 
International Shipping Rates on all orders shipped are not refundable unless due to company error.

*  Shipping cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages unless the mistake was due to company error. 

* Canceled Order: Eligible for a full refund, including S&H, if canceled prior to fulfillment.

* Refused Items: A 20% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed accordingly.

* Return to Sender: S&H will be assessed unless due to carrier's error.

* International Package Returns: A 20% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed on refunded amount.

* No Exchanges: We do not allow merchandise exchanges at this time.

Refunds: Allow 7-10 working days for your refund to post to your account. Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement. 

For Returns follow the instructions below: 
1. Email us prior to doing so for clearance and instructions. 
2. Securely package the unused item(s) you wish to return. 
3. Claims for damaged item(s) or discrepancies should be submitted within 24-48 hours of merchandise receipt. Please retain all packaging materials in case an inspection is necessary. 
4. Mail the package back via ground shipping method. We highly recommend you insure your package.
