A vintage, possibly antique, British made Wright & Butler, Birmingham, brass oil lamp slip burner, single 1" wick.

Base diameter 1¼" / 3.1cm. 
Condition:
Good condition, minor wear and would probably benefit from a thorough clean and polish.
