Vintage SONY FH-7 FM STEREO FM/AM TUNER ST-78L - READ DESCRIPTION

Stereo Tuner component for the legendary FH-7 unit. I've tested it with the power unit and speakers and it tunes into MW fine so the digital tuner and the display is all working. You can see some burning in the LCD display from the pictures which is mainly an age thing. Antenna is in tact and case is good condition considering this was part of a portable unit. The only issue I came across was that the display would go blank usually when I switched inputs and wouldn't automatically come back on when I switched back. I found switching to AM when Tuner was selected sorted the display issue. It doesn't strike me as a big issue but its something the buyer should be aware of.
