RETURNS INFORMATION

- All returned item(s) must be returned in their original condition. This means the Security tag/label must be still attached, unworn, and undamaged, with no makeup, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, etc...

- We aim to process returns within 1-2 working days of receipt, after which a return notification message will be sent to you through the eBay message system.

- We cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us, and as such we always recommend you use a recorded postal service.
