We no longer accept credit card or Paypal payments direct.  All payments are now accepted from either PAYPAL or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD and many other options through ebay when ordering

2^ND CLASS large letter is not a trackable or insured service. We obtain proof of postage from the post office for ebay purposes but can not track an item once it has been posted. 2nd Class signed for and 2nd Class small parcel have tracking details.  Signed for service we will update ebay with the tracking details when we dispatch, however if the item is not on a signed for option we can get a tracking reference after the item has been posted for all small parcels.  In all cases we get proof of postage for all packages sent through Royal Mail should you require it

Post Office will not pursue any non delivery until 15 working days from dispatch after which time we can begin an investigation in the event a parcel is lost in transit, however in the first instance we always recommend asking your postman or local sorting office.

1^ST CLASS SIGNED FOR requires a signature and provides proof of delivery and usually takes 1-2 working days from dispatch 

FED EX is fully trackable and insured and items can be tracked on their website once the item has been dispatched. Fed Ex deliveries require someone to be in to receive them, so please keep an eye on emails once the item has been dispatched for delivery day.  Delivery is usually 1-2 working days for the next day service or 2-5 working days for the economy service from dispatch for most locations within the UK.  Scottish Highlands and UK Islands will be sent via Royal Mail if under 2kg or Evri (Hermes) if the parcel is over 2kg which can take 3-5 working days, unless you wish to have a more expedited delivery which will be at an additional cost depending on the size and weight of the order.  Please ask for details if required.

IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE IN TO RECEIVE A COURIER OR SIGNED FOR PARCEL, IT MAY BE WORTH CHOOSING THE CLICK AND COLLECT OPTION WHEN ORDERING SO THAT THE PARCEL WILL BE SENT TO A SHOP OR OUTLET THAT CAN BE SELECTED WHEN ORDERING.

Fed Ex do not deliver or collect on weekends or Bank Holidays 

All OVERSEAS ORDERS are now delivered through the Ebay global shipping service.  We ship to Ebay here in the UK and then Ebay deal with all the onward courier delivery and any customs issues and any relevant duty charges.   You will receive 2 tracking numbers and the 2nd one is the Ebay tracking for delivery from the UK to the overseas country address.  Any delivery enquiries for overseas need to be addressed to Ebay.  We do not accept OVERSEAS RETURNS so please make sure you order the correct item or size when placing your order as we are unable to refund any initial postage or customs costs as this is not collected by us but by ebay and is non refundable.

COMBINED POSTAGE is available on all items.  If ebay doesn't give an automatic combined postage option please let us know and we can alter the amount prior to you paying for the items.  Please put all items in the same basket otherwise they may get sent seperately.  If you want a combined postage quote before ordering please send us details of which items you want as post will depend on size and weight of the order.

All items are covered by our 30 DAY RETURN POLICY for exchange or refund (excludes any return postage costs unless the item is faulty) 

Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels intact and unused

FAULTY/WARRANTY issues may have to be taken up with the suppliers prior to issuing a refund depending on the fault.  Please supply photos and details of the fault when returning anything

RETURNS FORMS and contact details will be included with every order and need to be completed so we can process your return quickly

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE please use the returns form provided with your order.  If you have ordered several items and need to exchange one or 2 items please just return the item(s) that need exchanging as you dont need to return the whole order.  Please obtain proof of postage for your own purposes when sending items back for exchange

RETURNS FOR REFUND  please return through the ebay returns process on your purchase history

NO PAYMENT STRIKE If you are likely to have a delay in payment please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise Ebay will automatically do a no payment strike if items are not paid for within  7 working days from purchase.

If you purchase by mistake please email us as soon as possible to let us know and we can do a mutual order cancellation. .
