This vintage lionel car box has seen better days , wear on corners as shown, but the box car is super bright no worn graphics, it has started to develop some rust on the trucks as shown. So was likely not stored properly and the moisture here started to get to it. It should be easy enough to clean off. The car itself has super graphics, orange and white with no missing paint or scuffs. See last picture for the trucks.
