We are happy to offer our clients this beautiful antique Japanese Meiji period, 1868-1912, footed or stem bowl.

The primary ground color is a red, gilded, with various reserves of different decoration.

Inside the bowl is a lady walking along with her child and a young man pointing in the opposite direction.

The footed bowl has the Arita clan mark of the period in red in the foot.

Measures 4 3/4 inches tall.

Measures 7 1/2 inches across.
